Plant Fire Detections
The existing sprinkler system only activates when the ambient temperature reaches 68 degrees, which damages more than 50% of the plant. With the artificial intelligence module, the fire is detected at the initial stage through the cameras.
After the fire is detected, a snapshot, information about which area of the facility the fire is in, and a warning is sent to the persons determined by the business. It can work integrated with the existing camera infrastructure.
Comparison with Sprinkler System
- Sprink: Cannot detect before reaching 68°C. Artificial Intelligence: Detects at the initial stage.
- Sprink: The entire system is flooded, 50% of the plant is damaged. Artificial Intelligence: Damage drops below 10% with early intervention.
- Sprink: Cannot locate the fire. Artificial Intelligence: It transmits location and size by photo.
Alert System
Integration with the Fire Brigade can be achieved in organized industrial zones; the Fire Department is also informed as soon as the notification is sent to the factory official. It has notification support with WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and mobile application.
